MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

  • The US Territorial Marshals - California are always looking for like-minded individuals who love the old-west, can perform in a short skit, and enjoy the travel and camaraderie that comes with performing in a reenactment group.

  • The club also holds social events throughout the year such as dinners, cookouts, and trips to places of mutual interest.

  • The club membership fee is $25 per individual or $35 per family per year, due and payable on December 31.  

  • All club members are required to provide their own authentic (reproduction) clothing and miscellaneous accoutrements including dresses, shirts, pants, hats, and firearms as applicable.

  • A one-time fee for a club badge will be assessed. The fee will be predicated on the then-current badge price.

  • Insurance Required

 

PERFORMANCE FEES

Performance fees for the U.S. Territorial Marshals – California will be based on a per-diem, and not a per-person basis. Every effort will be made to ensure at least six (6) persons are available for a performance. Fees apply for all events as follows:

  • $500.00 per day for local performances.*
  • Events in excess of 2 days are negotiable.

* A local performance is defined as within 50 miles of Norco, California

 
The U.S. Territorial Marshals – California will provide event performances at no charge for charitable organizations, dependent upon availability of time and personnel.

 

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

In order to provide a safe and legal performance, clients engaging the U.S. Territorial Marshals – California for an event must provide the following:

  • Performance Space

The client must provide space clear of any debris, obstacles, parked cars, machinery, or other hindrances, 100 feet by 100 feet minimum. The performance space must be within a safe distance from any flammables or storage tanks containing flammable materials, or gasses under pressure.

  • Event Space

Due to the nature of a performance with the firing of blank ammunition, the performance space must be a safe distance away from any other event vendor or provider for whom the sound of gunfire may be detrimental.

  • Permission To Fire Blank Ammo

No less than one week prior to a performance, the client must provide, in writing, a statement from the local law enforcement agency granting, the U.S. Territorial Marshals – California, permission to fire blank ammunition at the event site.
