The US Territorial Marshals are insured by Carpenter Insurance Service, Inc.

The insurance covers the following:

·         Any and all spectators at any event.

·         Any facility that a host group or individual might rent, lease or use for their competition.

·         This covers spectators being injured by a re-enactor falling into the spectator section, to a spectator powder burn, to a spectator falling in the parking lot.

·         Any damage to the physical property and/or building being used or rented by the host for the event including fire.
